1. Agreement and Store Use
By visiting ZZ.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. You must provide accurate information, use the website only for lawful purposes and be authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
2. Product Information
Please review the product name, actual photo, full unit price, available options, approximate size and specifications before ordering. Colors may look different on individual screens, handmade details may vary slightly and packaging may differ from photographs without changing the essential product.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when ZZ.shop confirms it for fulfillment. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, a price or description contains an obvious error, the payment cannot be verified or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. An order number is assigned after checkout; include it whenever you contact support.
4. Prices and Payment
The price displayed on the product page is the full unit price. The final order total is based on quantity plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free. Listed retail and customized products are paid online through the payment method displayed at checkout. Confirmed live or customized orders may use the website's Deposit or Balance options only for the exact amount provided by ZZ.shop. Do not send payment outside this website. Payment providers such as card processors or PayPal process transactions under their own terms and security procedures.
5. Customized Products
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, measurements, colors, artwork and other instructions you submit and for having permission to use submitted designs. Review any proof carefully. Once a proof is approved or sourcing, design or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We may reject content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, carrier, customs, weather or other events outside reasonable control. International customers are responsible for destination duties, taxes and import requirements unless checkout states otherwise. Risk passes in accordance with applicable law and the selected carrier's delivery process. See the Shipping Policy for address, tracking, delay and damage procedures.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Customized, personalized or made-to-order products may not be cancelled or returned after sourcing, design or production begins unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order. Eligible returns and approved refunds are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy and are sent to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct
Website text, branding, layouts and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit malicious code, make fraudulent purchases or use products or services for an unlawful purpose.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ZZ.shop is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, customer-supplied design errors, misuse after delivery, or delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside reasonable control. Our responsibility for a valid product claim will be handled through repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under applicable law and our published policies.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout.
11. Changes and Severability
We may update these terms when products, payment methods, technology or legal requirements change. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
